Insured persons with a strength of -4.5 or more and those who require multifocal glasses are eligible for a compensation up to a maximum of SRD 375, – (Three hundred and seventy-five 00/100 USD) for frames and glasses or contact lenses. You need a referral letter from the GP or prescription from the ophthalmologist for the declaration at SZF. With SZF there is no waiting time and you can immediately use your optical reimbursement. Please note that you will have to submit this declaration yourself.
